Pumpers We have five pumpers. Two large pumpers which hook-up to the class A hydrants along the center roadway, used to provide fire protection to the Fire Protection District of Water Island and for Mutual Aid response. One specifically designed to be used on all our boardwalks and a second four wheel Kawasaki for use on the roadway and beach and when responding to the Water Island Protection District and Mutual Aid calls. Equipment Vehicle & People Mover Specialized equipment used for fire suppression, overhaul, and supplies for the firefighter rehabilitation area are transported on an all terrain vehicle.
